طبيعة الخدمة
«تحت البلاطة» أداة تسجيل ومتابعة شخصية لمدخراتك من الذهب والفضة والعملات، ولحساب تقديري للزكاة. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك تُقرّ بأنه لا ينفّذ أي عملية بيع أو شراء أو تحويل أموال، ولا يمثّل جهة وساطة أو إقراض أو مستشارًا ماليًا.
حساب المستخدم
- استخدام التطبيق بلا حساب متاح للجميع، وتبقى بياناته على الجهاز وحده.
- عند إنشاء حساب فأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية كلمة السر ومفتاح الاسترجاع، وعن صحة بريدك الإلكتروني.
- الحساب للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري.
- يحقّ لنا إيقاف الحساب أو حذفه عند إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو عند ورود طلب نظامي ملزم.
مفاتيح خزنتك مسؤوليتك
تُفتح خزنتك بكلمة سرك أو بمفتاح الاسترجاع الذي يظهر لك عند إنشائها، ولا نحتفظ بأيّ منهما. لذلك:
- لا يمكن لأي جهة، ومنها مطوّر التطبيق، استرجاع بياناتك إذا نُسيت كلمة السر وضاع مفتاح الاسترجاع معًا.
- فقدان المفتاحين يعني أن نسختك المشفّرة على السحابة تصبح غير قابلة للقراءة.
- احفظ مفتاح الاسترجاع في مكان آمن خارج التطبيق، ولا تشاركه مع أحد.
دقّة الأسعار والتقديرات
يُبنى التقييم بالعملة المحلية التي تختارها على أسعار تُستعلم من مصادر عامّة مجانيّة، بالإضافة إلى «فرق سعر الصاغة» الذي تحدّده أنت. هذه الأرقام تقديرات سوقية قد تتأخّر أو تختلف عن سعر البيع الفعلي في المحل، ولا تُعدّ سعرًا مضمونًا ولا نصيحة شراء أو بيع. أما الزكاة فحسابٌ تقديري يعين على التوثيق، ولا يُغني عن سؤال أهل الاختصاص.
البيانات التي تُدخلها
أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن دقّة المقادير والأسعار التي تُدخلها، وعن اختيار الأصول الخاضعة للزكاة. الحذف من الجهاز أو من الحساب إجراء لا رجعة فيه.
حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». إلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون المطبّق، لا يُسأل المطوّر عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه، ومن ذلك تعطّل خدمة الاستضافة أو انقطاع الإنترنت. والتطبيق مقدَّم مجانًا.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم التطبيق وشعاره وواجهته مملوكة لأصحابها، ولا يُمنح أي ترخيص لاستنساخها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد تعديل الشروط قبولًا للتعديل، ويُعلن أي تعديل جوهري داخل التطبيق أو على هذه الصفحة.

What the service is
Taht Elbalata is a personal tool for recording and following your savings in gold, silver and currencies, with an estimated zakat calculation. By using the app you acknowledge that it does not execute any sale, purchase or money transfer, and is not a broker, lender or financial advisor.
Your account
- Anyone can use the app without an account; that data stays on the device only.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password and recovery key secret, and for using a valid email address.
- Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use.
- We may suspend or delete an account that misuses the service, or when required by a binding legal request.
Your vault keys are your responsibility
Your vault opens with your password or with the recovery key shown to you when it is created, and we keep neither. Therefore:
- Nobody, including the app’s developer, can recover your data if you forget your password and lose your recovery key.
- Losing both means your encrypted cloud copy can no longer be read.
- Keep your recovery key somewhere safe outside the app, and don’t share it with anyone.
Accuracy of prices and estimates
Values in the local currency you choose are based on prices fetched from free public sources, plus the “jeweler price gap” you set. These are market estimates that may lag or differ from the actual price at a shop; they are not a guaranteed price or advice to buy or sell. Zakat is an estimated calculation to help with record-keeping, and is no substitute for asking a qualified scholar.
Data you enter
You alone are responsible for the accuracy of the amounts and prices you enter, and for choosing which assets are subject to zakat. Deleting data from the device or the account cannot be undone.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the app, including hosting outages or loss of internet access. The app is provided free of charge.
Intellectual property
The app’s name, logo and interface belong to their owners. No license is granted to copy them or use them commercially without prior written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Continuing to use the app after the terms change means you accept the change; any material change will be announced in the app or on this page.
